Returns, Refunds & Issues 

Returns are accepted 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused;

  • When sending back, please use suitable protective packaging eg: plenty of bubble wrap, as any items returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded
  • Customer must cover the cost of the return
  • You will be refunded on the same payment method you bought with

3 for £50 Sunglasses Deal: Each sunglasses within the bundle is worth 1/3 of the bundle price. This is the refundable amount you shall receive for each sunglasses. 

3 for £15 Accessories Deal: Each accessory within the bundle is worth 1/3 of the bundle price. This is the refundable amount you shall receive for each accessory.

Issues with your order

Please check the item(s) when delivered. If there are any defects, damages or other issues please use the contact section of our website straight away, explaining the issue. We will respond promptly to evaluate. 

Please contact us within 14 days of your order arriving otherwise we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged.


Issues will be handled on a case by case basis.Â
